All sessions must be booked in advance by the recipient contacting Virtual Golf Centre to activate the voucher (details on how to redeem are included in the voucher PDF). Vouchers are valid for three years from date of issue, and redeemable from the opening date of the Virtual Golf Centre facility, which is subject to change. Vouchers are transferable but non-refundable. Virtual Golf Centre can at its discretion alter the included experiences subject to availability and customer requirements.
